Calm, Relaxing And Safe

Microsuction is a safe and effective way of removing ear wax – it gets its name from the use of a microscope, and that detail really matters.

At Hearology®, every microsuction ear cleaning procedure is carried out using a surgical microscope to provide full depth-of-field vision inside the ear canal.

Every visit is designed around you — calm, unhurried, and reassuring from start to finish.

Clients are often surprised by just how comfortable and relaxing the experience is.

Appointments take place in private, well-appointed clinics where your safety, comfort and hearing health come first.

A look into Hearology®‘s Microsuction Ear Wax Removal procedure.

Trusted & Proven Expertise

We’ve cared for more than 300,000 ears and have 6,000+ five-star reviews on Trustpilot and Google whilst being rated the no.1 Audiologist in London for the last three years in the Three Best Rated survey.

Hearology®’s ear care is CQC-regulated setting us apart in a currently unregulated industry where anyone can offer ear cleaning, regardless of training.

So if you’re looking for safe and painless ear wax removal in central London, we’d love to care for your ears too!

The Hearology® Difference

CQC-Regulated

Hearology® is one of only a small number of audiology clinics in the UK to have its ear care services externally validated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Premium Private Clinics

We work from comfortable, well-appointed private clinics where our friendly team will look after you
and your ears.

Careful &
Caring

Every microsuction ear cleaning procedure at Hearology® is carried out with a surgical binocular microscope to ensure full depth-of-field awareness. If there’s no microscope, it’s not microsuction!

No wax doesn't always mean no problem

In a small number of cases, we find the ear canal completely clear of wax and the eardrum perfectly visible – yet your ears still feel blocked.

This can signal middle ear congestion, hearing loss, or other conditions that may need further attention. In some cases, it can be more serious and shouldn’t be ignored.

At Hearology®, we treat this as part of your appointment – so, if no wax is found, your visit becomes a full Ear Health Consultation at the same price of £89.

Many unregulated ear providers would be unable to continue the appointment and would send you away without any answers, though they might offer a discount.

At Hearology®, we focus instead on understanding the cause of your hearing problem and ensuring that you’ll always leave with clarity on what to do next.
