All ear cleaning bookings include a free, free follow-up appointment within two weeks of the initial appointment. This is to cater for complex cases – for example stubborn wax or sensitivity – that require more than one sitting to complete. It also ensures that all our clients can initiate a second appointment for whatever reason.
There is no reduced price for ‘one-ear-only’ or ‘no wax’ appointments. If there is no actual blockage, we conduct an Ear Health Consultation to understand the cause of the perceived blockage. An Ear Health Consultation will be charged at the same price as an Ear Cleaning appointment.
Some of our appointments must be prepaid, but all non-paediatric ear cleaning services are payable upon completion in the clinic. We do not issue invoices for later payment.
There is no penalty fee for no shows or late cancellations, however, as a courtesy, we request that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice of the need to cancel or reschedule.
Rearrangements for any reason within the 24-hour period before your appointment – including for a free follow-up appointment – will require pre-payment for a non-refundable, non-exchangeable appointment next time.
Cash and card payments, including AmEx, are accepted.
An additional charge applies for our Ear Infection Treatment/Prescription service and also for our Foreign Body Removal service – the latter applies if the ear canal blockage is caused by anything other than wax, skin débris or infection discharge. We will always obtain verbal consent before carrying out a procedure that requires an additional charge.
